7 images to reflect the awesome luxury spaces that will offer this marina. Incredible dawns and sunsets bth the buildings to bring the audience to the cozy mood of the resort. A huge marina to host yachts as big as 300′ / 90meters allow bring more luxury to one of the richest emirates. Our work was cover the needs of the final client about changes, options in materials and finishing. Record changes for huge images presented in 4096px wide were made in hours including postproduction. US can bring to life this city with so complicated plans for the whole buildings and masterplan just in 12 days. For the architects working with us was easy, wanted to change the canopies? 15 minutes for the whole resort, wanted to change the whole roof style? 30 minutes. After 15 years of work we have prepared the best pipeline in production to make changes easier and faster for tight deadlines.

Deep study and feedback between architects Foster+Partners, Richard Ellis CBRE and the Inveravante corporation has leaded to this successful set of movies and images for the communication of the resort.
This is the first Foster and partners resort design in Morocco and Inveravante had assign the sales to Richard Ellis CBRE maroc
The advanced pipeline of US allowed Foster+Partners to update every detail in handrails, frames or measures until the very last moment. 25 images and 8 minutes long movie achieves the highest levels of detail watched in FullHD, with 5 times more definition than DVD.
In the coast of Casablanca, AnfaPlace resort will be one of the best places to live, shop and work in Morocco with the highest luxury and awesome views to the sea.

RESORT DEVELOPMENT AND PARK MANAGEMENT COMPETITION IN MOROCCO.

2008. summer.
not a crazy order, just usual work… and finally they become in the Winners of the international competition
Client : confidential Location : Morocco.

US is really used to work like that, of course, it’s not the same price like a 10 or 20 days work but, if you need it, we are your fellow workers working side by side.
In this case, meanwhile architects were working hard with both the surfaces, floors, urbanism and housing style, US develop 3d models easy to instance and modify by architects. Our lighting and postproduction team worked since the first day with the selection of real image styles and letting our client to decide by one of them. Sunset dramatical time of the day.
Like in other sucessful cases, the architects were able to change the overall architecture until the last hours, allowing us at least 6 hours to render and final postrproduction of these large images for the presentation.

2008. summer.
With just a few sketches and a hard deadline with a meeting with the kind of Morocco, the president of our client’s company push us to the hardest situation, impossible? not enough.
Client : Inveravante. Location : Fes, Morocco.

What about if in those 10 days US can manage a photographer flying to Morocco for a 3 days photoshoot of the beautiful environment? that’s the way US keep side by side focused in having the best presentation working 24/7. At the end, 3 days before the release, suddenly, architects change the roofs of the whole project, instead of big red tiles we need to work with small green tiles.. and we must render again everything.. no matter if you need to do it.
All the vegetation, buildings and the waterfall were fully created from those 5 skectches, the US architects match the style of our colleagues and follow the path they give us, recreating beyond the plans, beyond the msaterplan and the image of reference.

RESORT IN ANDALUCIA, COMMERCIAL IMAGES

2008 spring. ok, having a good plot near the beach is a good starting point, obviously, but let us help you to change that dirty sand, put more beauty around and reflect the incredible pool you are ready to build.

NEW OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT COMPETITION

2008.spring.
close work with architects since the 1st day until the 7th day on the deadline
Client : Mateo Miyar. Location : Marin, Spain.

7 days from the beginning to deadline and we allow architects to update plans until the day before deadline. US made 3 really impressive images for a competition for the project of an office building in Marin, Spain. Since 1st day we only have in our desks a few sketches of the layout of the project, but it was enough to develop furniture and lighting setup for night, sunset and day. As architects were updating plans, our senior modelers were updating the model for the project supervisor for this project. finally, with just 12 hours to finish, the last update had landed, the last elevation update, and based in our US’s flexible pipeline method, after 3 hours the high resolution images were ready to download in the highest quality from the project working site inside urbansimulations.com

2007. winter.The ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, needs two options… and he needs them NOW!
Client : TYPSA. Location : Dubai.EUA

12am.November 10th. Dubai. The Emirates towers complex. Convention Hall.
The ruler of Dubai is watching 6 huge 6meters wide panels with the renderings of the two options of the Health City housing complex to decide between the modern or the traditional options. After a 30 min debate about the architectural style he choose the traditional one.

This was the end of 2 months covering the architects of TYPSA developing the plans, in a weekly meeting through internet all the stuff was modified from the advisors in Dubai. Finally, the project was coming true and is under construction right now.

2007. summer.
the most expensive flats in the real core of Barcelona have a powerful tool for selling that can show 16.000 options for interiors.
Client : Grupo Lar. Location : Portal del Angel, Barcelona, Spain.

Any flat in the building can show, for insance, 6 types of wood for any of the 3 styles of kitchen for any of the 6 types of kitchen distribution.

Client : Sutega. Location : La Coruña.

Unlike under developmet projects, when a fully detailed project come to us is easy to get great savings in working hours and in the same quality as expected. In this case, just a few changes made at the day before deadline modified the budget, just a 3% over the starting estimation. Great pictures, big resolution, nice look.. big succes for the Sutega company with a flagship client.
